Does this fit Topps turbo cards with a sleeve as well

not 100% sure but believe it will not as I believe the topps turbo cards are a lot bigger than pokemon cards which I use it for and It just fits them so I'd say no.

Are they covered in a film?

They come wrapped and sealed however you can insert cards into them after you have opened the packet

Will these fit Pokémon carsa that have been sleeved?

I can confirm they do, buts it’s very snug.

would these fit booster packs? thanks!

They fit any standard size card 3" x4" (76mmx102). The only T.C.G. I buy are Pokemon cards. They fit cards from Pokemon "booster packs" . (including inserting the card into a penny-sleeve). Finally, I have used these Top Loaders to send cards to UK professional graders, such as: Majesty, Tree-Frog, Pokegrade etc.
