Will this make you look like Hercules?

I don't know. Depends on you, I think. Didn't work for my 120 lb. 5'11" 16 year old! LOL

Is the thin strap adhered to to the thicker cuff, or can it move freely? Would it be possible to slide a watch strap compass onto it?

The strap moves freely. I suppose a small watch could be attached.

No it’s one. But it’s a very good size that’s why it looks like there is 2. Really a stunning piece. You will love it..hope this helps

I have a 7 -7.5inch wrist - some reviews say it wont fit. Will it?

Yes fits me and I have very thin wrists.
