Semi-tough product. Good for light to medium use on strength scale. Wouldn't suggest for heavy use in securing anything heavy, for the threads are thin/fine. Loop latches on the other hand are very strong and are "toothed" for great latching. Worth recommending, I would guess...as long as it's for light to medium use.

Bought a second pack with a second sun sail purchase. Good quality stainless hardware, and great anchor strength ! The first install was a 10x20 sail attached to the house. (That's a LOT of area of pull in the wind, with mechanical advantage)We had 25mph winds that night in a thunderstorm and the hardwars never let go. Buying the second set with the second sun sail was a no brainer! Super easy to use, and adjust tension.

Great product.

These units are great in principle, but after researching their benefits and order them, I hadn't anticipated them being half the size. This compromised tension adjustment, but more importantly the screw thread is much thinner and under tension, the screw threads felt like they were under strain.The included quick release snap D-clips have also deformed under tension, so the snap gate doesn't fully close.The shade sail has to be taught to ensure smooth rain run off. With wind, I can't see the turnbuckle kit lasting.

The media could not be loaded.  These fixings are far to small for a Sail that is 4metre sq.I would not recommend these if you have a large sail. I will be sending back. They need to be twice the size due to the amount of pressure they need to take on. Please see size I have on another sail.

When I ordered a shade sail, it was recommended that I also ordered these fittings As it turned out I did not need them at all. They are ready to use on another item eventually as they look really sturdy.

Time will tell how they stand up to the weather

Smaller than I thought, seems to be up to the job so let’s see.
