I recommande this book.I'm an aïkidoka who really learn a lot with this book.

The main idea behind this book is that of enlisting the help of the Dan Tien, or pyscho-physical centre of gravity located in the stomach, to assist with voice production. Although it is aimed at singers it is also useful for developing a stronger speaking voice.If you're into Tai Chi and alternative stuff and don't want to get bogged down in technicalties this is a great book for learning how to acquire a warmer, richer vocal tone.There are some tai chi exercises included which are great fun to do in themselves!
