needed flour for our granddaughters project to make a bread from the Roman era. needed this flour and couldn't find it anywhere around where we live. Bob's fRed Mill Flours are always a good buy.

I’m not truly allergic to gluten but “sensitive “. I have been experimenting with gluten free flours and wanted to try this one. Well to my surprise it is wonderful!!! I made bread, muffins and pancakes and all was delicious!!!

Love it, I made spelt flat bread. It does not come out white because the flour is not white;just in case someone was wondering.
