Question 1

are any of the ingredients sourced from china?

Accepted Answer

Ora Organic here. Thank you for your question! Occasionally, we do source from China. Depending on the ingredient, the climate and soil in other countries can be much more conducive to growing the best ingredients. Therefore, while we predominantly source our ingredients from North American sources, we also include organic ingredients from international sources including Canada, China, India, and EU countries, to name a few. Each ingredient is held to the same, incredibly high standard and put through the same quality testing and screening (see our test results on our website). We’re here if you have other questions!

Question 2

Can this be used to make vegan yogurt?

Accepted Answer

Yes! It doesn't contain any dairy, eggs, fish, or shellfish.

Question 3

Can it be mixed with apple cider vinegar and water?

Accepted Answer

I've heard it's not suggested to mix probiotics with vinegar bc of acidity.

Question 4

Does it helps with cravings and helps to lose weight?

Accepted Answer

Hi there, Carolina from Ora here. Thank you so much for your question! Probiotics, when taken correctly, are amazing at helping restore and balance our gut's natural biome. Many of our customers experience reduced bloating, improved energy levels, clearer skin, and overall improved body composition. One thing to keep in mind is that probiotics are meant to get your gut into proper working order, not necessarily curb cravings. However, fewer cravings could very well be a benefit to using our probiotics! If weight loss specifically is your goal, let me point you in the direction of some of our other products. In addition to 21g of protein per serving, our well-loved protein powders are packed with two servings of greens so you're getting some extra nutrients there. The protein powder is excellent to have as a shake, alongside a light snack, or in the middle of the day when you're having cravings. Additionally, I'd recommend our apple cider vinegar tablets! One of the major benefits of these tablets is their ability to aid in weight loss. Specifically, apple cider vinegar slows the rate at which your stomach empties so you feel fuller longer. Keep in mind that supplements can work differently for different people, but they work lovely in tandem with a good diet and exercise regimen. Wishing you health and joy on your journey!
