I used this to tension the tie down points on a tarpaulin roof. It is great, you can easily adjust it to suit the use, not so tight as to rip the eyelets out of the tarp but with enough tension to keep it taut and not pool rainwater. Excellent product, great progressive expansion and contraction. It knocks your average luggage bungee straps off the grid! Simple to cut and a bit of heat eg a lighter, and a pinch between finger and thumb (leather gardening gloves suggested) and no fraying

The quality appears to be good enough, but in keeping with another reviewer, the 4mm is 3.5mm at best. It will still be useful, but if I pay for 4mm, that is what I expect to receive.

Only time will tell. However, it doesn’t seem to be fraying at the end and is easily sealed. I think it’ll do my job of holding my trousers up!

Perfect for what we needed. The cord on our trailer cover was really old and perished and this has been a perfect replacement. Great value.
