Q: can you use them on glass top

Yes I use the pan on an induction glass top. Great pan.

Q: can the handle be bought separately?

Sorry. it can't be bought separately now, and it can be bought after a month.

Q: Can you use metal utensils or will they scratch the pan?

I believe it would scratch the pan. I only use silicone or wooden utensils.

Q: Is there any way to purchase a replacement lid for the 11"skillet? I broke mine and i use it all the time.

The saute pan's lid can be used on the 11"skillet.
