Worked well.

I bought this as an add-on when Amazon suggested it in addition to my purchase of a tree stand. Very happy with it. Has a plastic backing to protect my hardwood floors and keep my tree in place. It has a felt top, which is green to blend in with Christmas decor and my tree stand. Very happy that it is easy to vacuum pine needles off of! Vacuum slips right over it and picks up pine needles easily without bunching it up or pulling at the felt. My tree stand is able to slide (with effort, so not accidentally) on top of this mat, but the mat won't move once the tree stand with tree are on it, so be happy with your placement/positioning before placing your tree on it. Worth the cost to know my floors are protected from any water spillage and much nicer looking than putting a towel or something down around the tree. Thrilled that its easy to vacuum.

This came folded, so there were some minor creases. I laid it out flat and eventually the creases relaxed. I have it under my Christmas tree and I did have spillage which I was able to wipe up. I think it’s going to work. I bought the small circle, which is just a tiny bit bigger than the circumference of the tree stand so I would recommend getting the larger size.

No complaints. Put it down immediately and put the tree on it.

PRO: I used this for my Christmas tree stand that has a water resevoir. I managed to spill some water while refilling and my floor was fully protected. CON: This mat has a rubber backing, and this is a good this is a good thing, me not thinking placed the tree in the middle of the floor to decorate all around. It was then impossible to move the tree because of the rubber backing, had a heck of a time with that. My fault. This ia a great product. My soulutio to this problem was to purchase a second mat and put them together rubber to rubber. Now I can protect my floors and be able to slide the tree to it's viewing spot. This is a GREAT mat! Very happy, highly recommend!

The perfect size for under our tree stand. Our water reservoir does not leak, but sometimes we dribble when pouring the water in, and this kept our carpet dry and protected from fallen needles. I might have preferred a slightly thicker mat as it felt quite thin, but other than that it was good.

I flip this upside down and use it as a hardwood floor slider for the tree. I can now easily push it around without scratching the floor. Would recommend. No issues with durability over 2 years.

Our Christmas tree got stuck as we tried to take it out of the stand. Most of the water from the stand spilled out. Luckily we had this mat down to protect our hardwood floors. The wood underneath wasn't even damp. Easy to clean, easy to store!

I bought this mat for protecting our hardwood floors under our Christmas tree. I’m not sure if I spilled any water while filling the tree this year or not (haha!). At any rate, my floors were unaffected from the many fill-ups. Money well spent for the stress-free Christmas it provided. The mat arrives folded/creased which wasn’t an issue because the weight of the tree quickly removed the creases.

The hubby put down a new wood floor and didn’t want it damaged. This worked great and my tree skirt fit over top of it so it was hidden.

Carpet doesn't move, can absorb water drops and protect our wooden floor

The rubber side is like oily at the touch and leaves a residue, not sure if it is supposed to do this, but I like the size.
