Wonderful product, no oil or very low oil required

I’ve been using this dosa pan for a few weeks now, and overall it has been a really good purchase. The pan heats evenly, which helps in making crispy dosas without burning the center or leaving the edges uncooked. The surface is smooth and non-stick, so the dosa spreads easily and flips without sticking, even with less oil. The handle feels sturdy and stays cool while cooking, which makes it comfortable to use. I also liked that it works well not only for dosas, but also for omelets, uttapams, chapatis, and pancakes. Cleaning is quick because food doesn’t stick much to the surface. The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the pan takes a little time to cool down after cooking, and the non-stick coating seems delicate, so you need to avoid metal spatulas to maintain it properly. Also, for very large family cooking, the size may feel slightly small. Overall, it’s a reliable and good-quality dosa pan for everyday kitchen use, especially for students, small families, or anyone who enjoys making crispy homemade dosas regularly.

Good quality thick tava with nice coating. I use it for making cheelas, dosas and parathas. All turn out very good. Definitely recommended. Good size too.

I am happy i could get this tawa as there is difficulty in getting LPG, so I try to use induction as much as possible. The tawa heats up evenly but it takes a little longer time to cook on the periphery of the dosa. I would suggest to start off with a slightly lower temperature while using induction, so it doesn't burn, and then slowly increase the heat.

Dosa are not coming good ,even heating is not happening and half of dosa will be crispy and rest half will be semi cooked and dosa is getting stuck. It takes so much time to heat the pan.

Have been using this for couple of months now. No sticking. Easy to clean. Sturdy with some weight to it. Heat distribution when used with an Induction stove takes 1 to 2 mins to heat up completely at 1000watts.
