inner parrs of flush tank is included or not ?

I ordered two Cera flush tanks. Both the flush tanks inner parts were included inside the tank. But one of the flush tanks body was cracked from top side. Therefore I have to return one of them. No item was missing from the box. Each and every part of accessory was there in the box.
