Can i request a delivery date?

The first one I ordered is still in Utah and the second one came in 3 days

Is there somewhere i could get the bolts ect replacement? I lost the bolts and stuff to put it together!

for the price-$165.00-it is awfully small. my 4 yr old greatgranddaughter almost doesnt fit. i is very small. i dont know where to get bolts

Does it have a bottom piece or is the grass the “floor”?

The Cape Cottage does not have a floor, so grass or whatever you set the playhouse on would be the floor.

Does this material resist heat?

The product is plastic, so if sitting in the sun, it may feel warm to the touch. It is not recommended that it be placed near an extreme heat source.
