Horrible
Horrible. I have used Iced Truffle for years but have been finding it too dark. Advice from L'Oreal helpline was to use Cool Dark Brown because it was lighter. Absolute rubbish. It is much much darker with a horrible slightly purple cast. When I then asked L'Oreal for advice on what to do about it they suggested buying a hair colour remover from Boots! I have washed my hair at least twenty times and the colour will not go away. I will never use this product again.
