Dolce Flav Blueberry Extract – 2 Ounce Oil-Soluble Kosher, Sugar-Free, Concentrated Ripe Blueberry Flavoring for Baking, Chocolates & Desserts, Includes Measured Dropper

Good stuff I use it in a small spray bottle and mist my Green coffee beans about 3 hours before I roast them, along with other flavors. I had bought some roasted coffee from a local seller and the first cup we were amazed with the different flavors we were tasting. so did a lot of research on how to get the flavors into the coffee beans. Never saw anything about misting them but tried it and it works well just a light touch of flavor. I usually use 3 different flavors per roast.

Works as advertised.

We have kids with food allergies and always try to find safe ways to recreate the “unsafe things” at home. We were trying to recreate some “crybaby blue ice cream “ at home. This was a huge win! We’ve used it in ice cream & now some blueberry breakfast bread. So good! We will be customers from here on out.

Not even close to blueberry flavor. I really can't say what it tastes like.

Great flavor. High quality extract

The Blueberry Extract was OK, not very strong and we ended using more than expected to really get the blueberry taste.

Mmmmmmm…. Takes a few attempts to master the right number of drops for best flavor, but I “suffered” thru the process. 😅. Delicious blueberry flavor! And smells YUMMY.

It smells yummy. I only used it once so far.. but didn’t give the extra flavor i was hoping for..
