It contains small amount of vitamin C 40mg and only 50% RDA. Seller claims it to be sugar free but it contains maltodextrin. Not a good chemical for metabolic health. Just google this. Taste wise it’s ok. Improve vitamin C content

They say that it is sugar free and then proceed to put in a lot of artificial sweeteners! This is not healthy at allToo many sweeteners, and other ingredients to improve the shelf life which makes it not healthy. I prefer it to be bitter rather than having all these sweeteners in it. After drinking it, stomach feels weird. I would not recommend it and would look for an alternative that doesn't have all these extra ingredients.
