First off, I really appreciate all the different design options you have for this controller. When choosing which controller I wanted to get I really had to spend a lot of time because there were just so many choices. The package itself was very sleek and professional and I appreciate that they use official Xbox controller to build their esports controllers so you know you wont get some off brand controller. In the box I almost missed the extra thumbsticks that came with it as they were kinda tucked away in the side of the box they came in. The thumbsticks being interchangeble is good also so I can use the longer thumbsticks on the right stick. Trigger stops feel really good and the size of the buttons on the back feel really smooth and good placement. Mapping and remapping the buttons was very easy as well. Its also pretty difficult to accidentally enter the remap mode which is always a plus. Overall very solid controller if you are looking for a elite controller to up your gaming experience.There were only a couple small issues I had with this controller. I'm very used to using Kontrol Freeks on my controllers not just for more accuracy but also for comfort and grip. Kontrol Freeks are made with a rubbery material and using these thumbsticks they feel very plastic and rough. Over time I could feel the texture and lack of grip compared to what I'm used to. Also the beveled edges for the triggers when the trigger stops are active could give a discomfort feeling as well if you use the edge of the trigger when using this controller. If I could make any changes to these controller I would maybe smooth out the trigger edges a little more and maybe try to get the thumbsticks with different material that provides more comfort for long term use.Overall, I was very impressed with this controller. I love the designs, the customizations, and how professional this controller feels. Do I feel this controller is worth the purchase? Most definately!

I Extremely Love this Controller, I have own many controllers in my time as a gamer but this one takes the win!The quality is outstanding, and great Ergonomic Design! If you're a competitive gamer like me you'll love the hair triggers, once you use them you'll never go back. and with the back handle grips, you'll never lose control even after playing for long hours!And the remappable buttons in the back of the controller come in very helpful and have the perfect tension to press down, not too little but not too hard.I like the fact that it comes with a carrying case for easy transport or storage. and last but not least their logo is pretty cool looking, I like the fact that its places on the center of the controller to display!

Worked great for a short period of time! Then left joystick started getting stuck. The stick itself would be centered but my character would be in a full sprint in whatever direction I was previously traveling. This would continue until I went the opposite direction. I learned to deal with this because it was the only controller I have. Recently the right trigger started feeling like it was getting caught on something and would only wrk properly if I had the trigger lock on. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I loved the product my cousin controller is on the left he paid 200 and it came with a case as you can see mine just came like this and I'm upset 😡 I bought the controller for 2 reason it's awesome and because it came with a case and when I got mine it came just in a box I'm really sad because I wanna bring it everywhere I go to beat all my friends and to have a advantage on them but I have no case please help me

I had this controller for 2 days. Came with small stick drift, which is fine, helped with recoil. But then it got progressively worse. And then any time I moved the left stick to the edge in any direction, it would get stuck there. I hadn’t eaten or drank anything near it, and I take good care of my controllers. The casing on it was also capped almost everywhere and would move. The controller itself sucks. The ‘hair trigger’ is bad, the manual itself doesn’t explain how to program it, and so you have to trial and error the diagrams to find out how to use it. Overall a bad controller, just buy a regular elite controller

a Wonderful controller! I love the custom build it looks exactly like in the picture, Hope to get more of these soon! Just a heads up some might be battery or wire powered but I dont mind, its easier if you tend to lose charging wires

Too expensive for the quality. Also, the rubbers on the thumbsticks came scratched or with nail markings?

Worked for about a week then randomly disconnects from PC. Shortly after the left anolog stick started sticking. Then the left LT button adjustment became useless due it the button sticking when you set to the shorter travel distance. This is all within a month n a half. Contacting customer service now and will update. Amazon electronics suck A$$
