Great Product, Amazing customer service.
It’s very easy to clean, youve got a brush that helps with that, not loud, design looks great and it doesn’t leak. It gets out the juice from everything I’ve thrown at it, an it’s not heavy. I love the support too, the sieve broke and they sent me a new grinding kit for free. All I paid for was shipping. I’ve recommended it to my sister who’s bought one too.

Great juicer
I really enjoy this juicer. It really gets the juice out of fruits and vegetables. I have noticed that near end there is some in the machine that won't get juiced, but is minimal. Relatively easy to clean as long as you have the brush. For a person new to juicing, this is a great machine!

3rd Party refurbished item!!
I should have know! I search for a great rating juicer and the Nutribullet was my choice. I made the purchase during "Prime Days" and the price was amazing, BUT, when it arrived i noticed it was NOT in an amazon box, the packing was minimal, and it had NO instruction booklet included. I had juiced one 3lb bag of oranges into orange juice and it was great and worked as advertised. I next made tomato juice and was making a 12 oz. glass of juice when the juicer just stopped working, I hit the "reset button" no help! It was dead! Now the hassle of the return only to find the seller will not replace the juicer but I will get a refund of the purchase. The same juicer I paid $79.00 for is now $199.00 at Amazon, I'll be shopping elsewhere! Amazon has changed and NOT for the shoppers benefit, I'm NOT a fan and this has been another black mark for Amazon! If the price is to good to be true it probably is.

Good but I’m sure there’s better options
I used this product 3 times. It’s easy to clean and wasn’t too loud. Vegetable trash came out dry. I only put 4 stars because a lot of the residue was getting stuck inside where it was supposed to be getting squished. Because of this I had to throw away a couple of handfuls of fruits/vegs. To fix this I had to take it apart and take out what was in the black part. Another complaint I had was that the celery hair would get stuck in the shoot where the trash would come out even if they were cut into 2 inches pieces. In one of the videos you’re able to see the celery hair sticking out. Overall the machine needs help to do its job and unless you’re willing to be patient with it then you won’t have your juice. It did juice oranges well, I used 8 small oranges in the picture with the orange juice. I think I will be keeping it unless I find a better one. I recommend placing different fruits/vegs around the same time considering that it got stuck when I only put it pineapple. This also might have been because I was putting them in too fast.

Doing its job very well
Have used the juicer six times. Mostly with fruit but with some vegetables like carrots, celery, etc along with mint and ginger. Everything was processed properly every time. The unit is easy to use. The switch in the chute cover makes it easy to manage the input at your pace. The quality of the juice output is great. Not pulpy. The unit is sturdy and sits solidly on the countertop without moving. Noise level is low and perfectly acceptable for everyday use. I clean the unit manually. Everything washes well and quickly with soap and water. The mesh component takes a little attention to work with but the supplied brush is perfectly suited to the task. Be prepared to take a couple of minutes to get the debris out of the mesh. Have not tried putting any of the components in the dishwasher but the manual says some components can be cleaned that way. The compact footprint (no too tall either) makes for better storage. Overall this a very super value for the money. We are enjoying high quality juices form a well-built unit that performs the task very well.

Does extract more juice than a centrifugal type
I have the Nutribullet 80 which is super easy to use no chopping unless too big then in half and no seeding etc but the slow juicer does extract maybe 20% more juice so if you juice $1,000 worth of things you save $250 over the 80 model so worth it year over year. Couple things to get used to have to seed fruits and cut things up small pieces and the cleaning after takes 5-12 minutes as opposed to 1-5 on the 80 the basket is harder to brush and there's the port where pulp comes out and anything like kale will leave lots of fiberous strands that take time to poke out, and finally the 80 juice is ready to drink but the slow can give you some foamy juice that you have to lt sit for 5 minutes to get foam to rise to top. But I thought the juice itself tasted better from the slow juicer probably because I juice lemons and the 80 puts alot of the rind into the juice so it's super tart and slightly bitter the slow juicer keeps the rind out. Definitely a nice juicer. The next step is the $2,000 juice press which probably gets another 5% out over the slow

Highly Disappointed
Did not live up to my expectations. Juicer shuts off when being used for a few minutes. It’s very difficult to disassemble.

Great juicer and well worth the investment. Is very effective.
Very good juicer. Would recommend cutting fruits and veggies into smaller pieces and not put in celery stalks in whole. Cutting up juice items into smaller pieces helps the machine squeeze more juice from the fruit or veggie. Easy to store, works quickly and has a lot of power. It is also easy to clean but the strainer needs more scrubbing. It comes with a brush which really helps with cleaning the screen.

I used it for raspberries, apples and sea buckthorn and it did a good job. I am satisfied
