Pros:+ HEPA filtration+ Support for bags. The bags are a bit pricy, but worth every penny.+ Powerful suction and a carpet senser which works reliably+ Decent battery life+ Versatile docking station, including charging while docked+ Quiet+ High build quality+ Exhaust on top (won't create a mess by blowing the dust you're trying to clean)+ Good set of accessoriesConst:- Not free standing (not an issue if using the docking station)- No headlight. This one is a bit disappointing since it would be relatively easy to include some LED lights- Limited clearance. It might not be able to go over pieces larger than a peanut.

Update: i sent it in for repair again! It was all i could do. But they no longer even offered the 30 dollars. I had to CALL them to get it to be sent in for repairs. The fan modular was broken i guess. So they replaced it. Once i recieved it back, i used it a few more times and then my larger roller vaccum attachment BROKE!! how frusterating this product is. 😮‍💨I've sent the vacuum in for repairs once due to the error code shown in picture. The suction in the beginning was not the best but i assumed it was normal. It was also VERY loud. Almost sounded like a jet taking off. It sounded like it was clogged but i took it apart and looked in every hole and nothing. After receiving it back from being repaired once. Its suction power was better and it was quieter. I used it about 10 more times and the suction power began to decline. It also became very loud again. It then stopped working again. So i Emailed them for a refund. The best they WANT to do is offer me a 30 dollar credit and repair it. I was done at this point and asked for a full refund to where they decided to argue with me and said the back filter was dirty. Which meant it was used improperly without the front filter. Not sure what they mean but i did use it with the filter and resent pictures. Have not heard back from them and they refuse to refund me my 360 dollars spent on a cheap product that breaks too much. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE PETS OR LONG HAIR!! This product is intended for little old couples who own no pets and have short hair. It also gets clogged way too much due to any amount of hair that may be sucked up. The battery life is also crap. Lasts about 20 min at most. I rather buy a corded bulky vacuum over this thing.

I love the trigger lock, the 3 suction levels, and the fact that it shows estimated time left on the charge. I also like the quick opening lid to empty the dust bin. My only tiny complaint is the pet hair that gets jam-packed in the top of the dust bin (we have 2 longhair cats and a German shepherd). I have to push a pipe cleaner (or other soft yet skinny item) up into the open bin to grab the fur at the top and slide it out into the trash can. Other than that, this thing is great!

After not even a minute it stopped working!! It just shows an error message - inspect brush head. I am very disappointed and sending it back.Update from 1 star to 4I received a replacement and it works. The vacuum cleaner has very good performance, I am just questioning how long it will last.

So much better than my old Dyson. Previous stick vacuum clogged constantly, wasn't very powerful, and had a short battery life. 2 kids, 2 great Danes, and a dirt road means I need to clean the floors almost every day. This cleans so well, has never clogged in the month I've had it, and I love the estimated time remaining display. Also love the lock button to keep it running without having to hold the trigger. The wall charger and mount is really nice too-really love that all the attachments are magnetic and can actually all fit on the mount. Worth the price.

But needed a hand-held unit because my Dyson DC-16 finally gave up the ghost.These things have come a LONG way. The bonus was that this was an "open box' discount, supposedly the box was damaged, but the unit was new.Well, the corner of the box was smashed, but the rest was in-tact, and perfectly new! Saved $95 compared to new in box.Love the adaptability of this unit, it's powerful, lasts an insane amount of time, and the accessories are magnetic.... they attach to the stand! No more bags of attachments!

I take back every positive thing I've ever said about Roborock. In October, 2021 I spent $425 on the Roborock H7 stick vacuum. In May, 2022, it stopped working and I received an "Error 4 - Fan Issue" message. After contacting customer service, I was sent a brand new machine since it was within 1 year of purchase. I received that one in June, 2022.A mere 6 months later, I got the same error message. After days of back and forth with customer service - they had me clean it completely and send them pictures to prove it - they finally said it was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do.The fact that Roborock won't stand behind their product, especially one costing $425, is abhorrent to me. The first one last 9 months. The second lasted 6 months. And now, after trying to disassemble it to fix it myself, I'm left with a bloody thumb and $425 worth of plastic sitting in my garbage can.You should be ashamed, Roborock.

I did a bunch of research on cordless vacuums and ended up deciding on this one. Not only is the suction power great but it’s suuuuper light weight. It also has a power lock button so you don’t have to keep pressing it like the Dyson. The only negative I have is that it’s not easy to use on a slim stairway. Other than that, 10/10
