Is the packing secure ?

I had ordered 3 packets of only earth oat milk , all came broken, packets were not packed properly, they have returned them . Please replace

Why is there oil in this ?

This must lk is very useful for those having lactose intolerance and having high BP as they should not use soa milk so for them oats mlk is the best.
