This is the best pan ever
This is the best pan ever! I have the red one actually, and my mom loved it so much when she visited that I bought her one for Christmas. It might take a bit to get used to cooking on it-- it gets hotter than other pans, and things can stick to it. But it's worth the adjustment.

Loving my Le Creuset
I'm not a cook but purchases this to get away from nonstick alumni pans and my mom swears by cast iron cookware. This cooks well and is easy to clean. I love the purple color. I am in the process in adding to my collection
