Personalmente non l'ho gradito molto. Di solito amo ogni genere di racconti riguardanti il nord Europa, ma con questi mi sono un po' annoiata. Peccato!

Beautiful Book
This was a lovely read for Christmas. The stories were really evocative. The book was in perfect condition and arrived promptly.

Nice collection of Christmas tales, some not so festive though
I do love a good book cover and this cover drew me to this book. A Scandinavian Christmas is a slim little book with 16 short stories of festive tales for a Nordic Noel. I did like this book but thought some of the stories were decidedly unfestive like, some were very dark and a little depressing. However, I found most interesting and really enjoyed the Hans Christian Anderson tales.

Lovely colourful book!
Great and festive book! Knowing more Swedish recipes, habits and customs. Would make a lovely present!

Not a children's Christmas book
I thought that this book was going to be a magical read filled with fabulous children's stories. I would describe the content as adult and alternative and certainly not cheery. The cover is lovely, but deceptive.
