I normally purchase the flax and chia seed mix. I recently came across this Trilogy (Flax, Chia and Hemp) and decided to try it. I honestly have no complaints so far. There's no salt in this which is what I love most. I tasted it by itself and it tastes like fresh nuts. I'll definitely be using this more often on my food and in my smoothies and overnight oats. The smell is okay same for the quality. I have no complaints. It was affordable too.
