How does it perform for thin slicing Pepperoni

I would say not very well. I have not tried it on pepperoni but I tried to slice a country ham very thin and it ripped it to shreds. It is very difficult to get a thin clean slice.

How loud is the motor?

Not loud at all. Maybe a bit more than the microwave.

Does this only run for 10 minutes?

I ran it for longer than 10 minutes. I had no problem.

Amazon are selling American imports in the UK they are a different voltage and have a different plug they are unusable and they will not let you return and refund your money absolute con do not use Amazon again
