Am using this product for past 6 months twice a week and till now just charged it 2 times amazing battery and good trimming

It came without oil container and seems to be opened before dispatched because the carton box it is not sealed. Yes for sure then how the oil is missing 🤣 any how I will not refund it because it is a good machines and I spend time waiting the shipping.

The battery is still 80 % after 5 times using for trimmi6my beard.

Machine stopped working after 1 month of a light use, just twice a week for 3-5 mins max.blades are poor in quality as well, donot recommend it
