I don’t know, I used one piece on each leg of chair and it sticks really well. You may try two pieces next to each other.

Do they just protest hardwood floors only. I just had my night stands painted. I want to place my lamps on top of the night stands. Can these protect.

I don't know for sure if they will work on your lamp. I put them on the bottom of a tray that I placed on my wooden table top and they worked fine.
