The device doesnt work with out the cable on battery. Waste of money. The light feature is defective too. Its bright 24 hours.

Light has dimmed to the point that it isn't automatic at all. Very hard to see most of the night and then gets blindingly bright during the afternoon. The instructions are horrendous. If the company sells so many they should be able to hire someone to write understandable instructions. Using the clocks light and alarm settings are also confusing. I asked the company to send the instructions again as now that the light doesn't work at all I need the manual, and they have not responded at all... I also wish it came with a wall adapter to plug into. Had to purchase a USB port /adapter for it which adds to the overall costs. The green light in the back of the clock is constantly reflecting off our mirror /other walls... Esp. in the dark.

Very nice, just like the picture suggests.3 stars because it doesn't come with a plug. Only a USB cord. Thats wrong. You want ur item to work, you should provide all thats necessary to make it happen. I had to go buy a special USB plug. Wasn't happy about that.Also, the battery won't keep the time illuminated. I wish it was battery operated also.

This clock resets itself on a daily basis for no reason. It just beeps and shows 00:00. No idea why. I’ve reset it several times. Major defect. Too bad because it looked so nice.

Love the look. Love that can change the brightness easily. The only thing is this clock is VERY light in weight. Feels cheap. Other than feeling cheap, I find that it moves around on my night table too easily because it's so light. I also wish the power cord was through the back and not the side next to the USB port.

We like that the clock is slim, easy to read, illuminated and mirrored. We don't find it easy to set and the instructions are not very clear. The light setting changes back to brightest each morning.
