Probably going to be buried with it.
I've fallen in love with this maker. I've built a small collection with this one as one of my favorites. It is razor sharp and nicely flexible. It is strong and has a good size, well made handle. Down side: you'll probably gain weight from wanting to use this knife every night to cut up then consume some good meat. Pro tip: get a sous vide machine.

KASTKING FILLET KNIFE...probably the best thing i've ever bought on Amazon when searching for a real filet knife - you know, that flexes to cut around bones and such. It's the sharpest knife i've ever owned and i'm not kidding!!! I own a LOT of knives. Razor sharp right out of the box and finally one that really flexes for maneuvering. The neon orange color is hideous hanging with my other nice knives, and guess what-I don't care.

Good: Nice handle. Blade feels flexible. Bad: CA 65 Lead warning
Nice knife. Handle feels good. Not sure what is made out of lead on it per CA 65 warning on back of packaging. Not seen that on a knife before. Got babies, be warned. Also made in China. If that matters to you.

Flexible sharp filet knife
I bought this to filet pan fish 8-12 inches. My old knife is sharp but rigid so small filets were hard for me to accomplish. I chose the 7” model because it seemed to be the most popular size. My first impressions are that this is plenty sharp and the flexible blade yielded the filets in the picture with ease. The handle is comfortable and gripped well when slimy. I like it very much so far.
