I have a medium, and I am 5’4”, 165, and it fits around my head snug. As far as length, I wanted it longer and ordered a large, and works better. If it’s for a kid, a smaller size would be ok, but I would recommend the large.

Have a large head, I purchased the xl. Fits just right

Q: How do you measure for size? 20.5 around ten from front to back

Measure circumference of head. This is a soft," no seam " feel.
