I am trying to find an Escutcheon for Moen Stanadyne with out luck. Are the screw holes one inch a inside to inside? Thank you.

Measurements are always leading edge of one hole to the leading edge of the other. If you have a standard Moen faucet that accepts the Moen Standadyne Escutcheon it will fit and the measurement of the distance between the holes is irrelevant is it not?
