Gifted to teenage girl who has read from cover to cover more than once. Have been told it's really good, high praise from a teenager. So worth the money.

I bought the used hard cover version and I have to say that although it said "used, very good" regarding the condition when I opened it I was totally amazed. It was in absolutely pristine condition. I couldn't have expected anything better if I had just bought it brand new from any of the major high Street booksellers.I haven't finished reading it yet but am loving it so far.If you're a fan of Audrey Hepburn (who isn't?) then I think it's a book that you will really love and will definitely want to read more than once.I can definitely recommend this to all Hepburn fans and the price is such a ridiculous bargain.JohnGateshead

Same guff that's in every Audrey book! Quite disappointed as I genuinely hoped this one would be different - though according to the book Audrey would be unlikely to leave as negative a comment as this! ( see I learned something!!)

I'm a huge Audrey Hepburn fan and adore everything about her...except this book! It was just a load of old tosh. No substance and nothing that anyone who has ever seen her or read an article or two about her wouldn't already know. Save your money and go and buy some nice black eyeliner or something instead!!

This is one of the books that Amazon offered for a very special price! The trio of books was in honor of what would have been Audrey's 85 birthday! Buy yours while they still offer the trio. This is the best book a Mother could buy for her teenage or older daughter(s) to teach the proper ways of being a lady. I find the book much more enlightening than some of my collection of books on manners, which I bought except for my last one, which my Mother purchased because it is a totally humorous take on manners but this book would be my choice if I had daughters. It's a Mother's job to teach her children proper etiquette but why not do it the easy way with this charming book that makes Mother's work simple: just gift wrapping it upon arrival and giving it as a surprise.

Ich finde Audrey Hepburn auch toll aber ich würde mich nicht als absoluten Fan(atiker) bezeichnen. Für die nämlich scheint das Buch geschrieben worden zu sein. Ich hab leider recht bald wieder zum Lesen aufgehört weil ich mich gelangweilt habe. Ich hab mir mehr Sachen Richtung "Benimm" und "Knigge" erwartet. Vielleicht kommen die noch in der Mitte oder am Ende des Buches aber soweit werde ich wahrscheinlich nie mehr vordringen... ;))Wer gute Style Tipps á la Hollywood sucht dem würde ich eher das Buch von RACHEL ZOE (Style from A to Z) empfehlen.

A fantastic biography, hand-guide hybrid on Audrey Hepburn! I learned some new things about Audrey and picked up some older etiquette along the way!
