Can burn your scalp if not applied properly
very strong. it literally burnt my scalp. apply only on upper surface of hairs. please dont go deep into scalp. you scalp will start burning after 5 minutes. it does straighten hairs but need to be very careful while applying

Poor packing
When I open the top, it was not protected with plastic covering, just like when they receive the order ,just mixed from outside and put in to the bottle ,that is it .By seeing this I really fearing to use ,doubt about the quality.
