The cushioning in the footbed is noticeable—softens steps on hard airport floors—but it's not super thick like athletic socks. Odor control seems legit; no stink even after a full day without airing out. Value-wise, the multi-pack is a steal. You get a bunch for cheap, and they hold up after a few washes—no major fading or stretching yet. They beat basic no-names I've tried, which pill up quick. That said, they didn't fully wow me on max cushion; some spots feel just thicker weave, not pillow-soft. They mostly met expectations: reliable for daily grind, better than old socks for travel woes. The wicking and durability shine, though the top band pinches a bit if you're pulling them up high. Pros: Great moisture-wicking for long, sweaty days. Cushioned soles ease foot fatigue on the go. My son loves these socks! He wears them every day for school and also for soccer. They’re comfortable and work great for everyday use. Just keep in mind that they are quite long and come up almost to the knees. Overall, we’re very happy with them and would definitely recommend them

For many years now, ever since Champion fell away from producing a wonderful line of socks and other goods, I have been searching for a pair of socks that was lightweight, soft, durable and did not feel like it was made from the backside of an aardvark. (Sorry to all you aardvarks) Further, have a size 12 foot, every pack of "regular" socks was always topping out at 12, thus leaving me feeling always too tight and too small. These Haynes size 12-14 are better than any pair of (lightweight) socks I have picked up in a decade, and I have seemingly tried a large sample of them. Dickies and gold toe are both quite rough, and fairly cheaply made. Can't even get Champion for a few years now... last I looked, anyway. I had a few years back found a quality pair of heavy, winter white socks, super and bought a few dozen... Here I have at last found the lightweight socks I was looking for. Durability is the only question left to be answered. Even on that score, if they are at all reasonable, they will be worth it, as all the others are not durable at all. I mean, they are lightweight socks, after all. Not exactly built for week long hiking trips. Anyway, if you have been frustrated by the current offerings like me, particularly if you have a size 11+ foot, I highly recommend trying out the 12-14 size here. I don't think you'll go wrong. Here to be well-made, but if you have circulation problems to your feet, these are not the socks for you. This would be too tight around your calfs.

Bought the 6 pack size 12-14. These are barely able to fit a size 12. I tried them on prior to washing to see if they would shrink in the wash. They did and now they cut off circulation to my feet. Can't wear these and I'm at a loss for what to do next. Order a size 16 to fit a 12? What's going on with sock sizes? This is becoming a trend with amazon clothing purchases.

Thinner than previous Hanes socks and shorter in length than my last hanes crew socks, but acceptable ( just)
