I have never dealt with better sellers I bought a laptop that stopped working and I asked for a return and before I had time to return the original one the next day I had a perfect one delivered to me I can't say enough how great doing business with this sellers has been plus the laptop works as new and it's perfect for what I bought it. It's a 10 both the item and the seller!!!

I didn't like that charger doesn't work like it should. Laptop is worth what I payed.

I wrongfully assumed the description was accurate...."This Certified Refurbished product is tested and certified to look and work like new." Nothing about this laptop looks new, 3 of the 4 corners are dented, one substantially, the screen has a flaw, like a scratch inside running just about the entire width. The unit I received looks more like it came from Goodwill, I am quite sorry I didn't buy from a retailer where I had the opportunity to see it first. I simply feel cheated.-Edit added photos.

I wanted to try buying my first mac, and wanted to find a good one with a good deal that wasn't beat up. I bought this one a few weeks ago and it's been really good to me, and I enjoy it. The only minor flaw I somewhat dislike of it is the trackpad, although it's growing on me. The computer has pretty good storage space. I use an external HD, so I don't use up a lot of space.There's a lot of great free apps that either came with it or that you can download for it. The speed of it is really good, I think it's a lot faster than some of my old PCs.Def. recommend

Received & unpacked, it has several dings & two bends on the edges of the screen(it probably got a good drop).Not sure i am comfortable with as many dings, Size wise its a little too small. I will be crunching numbers & fear it will be a strain, will fiddle with it a couple lf days & maybe send back. Rethinking refurbished.

I've had this for while now and I'm really satisfied. Internally this MacBook works great. Quick and does a great job of supporting all the software I have used (From Affinity and Adobe Illustrator to basic Microsoft Office.) I'm on it all the time and the transition from PC to Mac was seamless. It's still a fairly new laptop, and the only slight blemishes we cosmetic, but as soon as you put a case on that is solved. Overall, I would buy this laptop again. Great laptop at a great price.
