Ive charged the battery forever, but both battery lights have never lit simultaneously, indicating a full charge. Is it broken?

The lights will not come on simultaneously. When you plug the charger in it will show a red light and when it is fully charged it will show a green light only. I do not think it is broken. Just leave the charger in until the green light comes on.

Where can i find a replacement rechargeable battery for the cyclone mf-1045 air compressor

I threw mine in the trash and just use the 12volt cord.

You could probably use this for cleaning off parts, but you would need a small plastic nozzle that would fit into the end of the inflator hose that would concentate the air flow so it would be strong enough to clean parts.
