Arrived late and hot
They were supposed to be delivered yesterday and finally showed up this afternoon and the ice pack was completely melted and hot and so was the bottle of probiotics. I'm not talking a little warm, the bottle was hot. These are expensive and I'm worried they may no longer be good or even effective.
