These bottles are nice. The glass has a glossy finish on it so I doubt you could write on them with a marker and it last. You'll probably need some labels too. The droppers are a nice touch to help you make your own oil creations and transfer them into the bottles without a big mess. This eliminates the need for any kind of funnel. I recently purchased roller bottles from another company that I have often order from and their roller bottles have become defective. The rollers fall out and then my essential oils spill all over me. The roller bottles from Vivaplex has also been one of my favorite roller bottles for essential oils and now it's my only favorite roller bottles. I hate the bottles that you roll on the oils and loads of oil spills out from the sides of the roller's. It makes a mess. This roller bottle releases just the right amount of oil so that I don't have big puddles of oils that leak out of the sides. I love these roller balls and hope that it continues to be a quality product. I am so disappointed in other companies roller bottles. They all seem that the roller's do not fit well in the roller device. Please keep the same quality and don't join other companies that have are making such poor quality products.

I had gotten some 2ml bottles when I first started with essential oils, unsure if I would like using EOs in rollerballs. Well it turns out I do, and it also turns out that for a variety of reasons 2ml is not the only size you want to have if you do have them (I still use them, but now I know better how). But this is a review of the 10ml size, which is perfect for many recipes you’ll find online or create yourself. These bottle are made of a thick, sturdy-feeling cobalt blue glass which can be washed and reused when empty. The roller balls I received were all stainless steel, as they are meant to be. They roll pretty easily, though I like to me sure of this by rolling them a bit before popping the rollerball mechanism onto the bottle. Maybe “popping” isn’t the right word exactly - I find to get the rollerballs on its more of a very firm push I use with the heel of my hand. This is good actually because a tight fit/seal means no leaks. If the assembly were to go on too easily, it would mean it would be easy for oil to leak around the seal. As it is I have noticed some minor leaking with one bottle, but storing them upright has so far prevented that from being much of a problem (I will be traveling with them for the first time at the end of this week, and plan to carry them in a plastic sandwich bag to prevent accidents). One thing that is good to know - only fill the rollerball up to about the shoulders or maybe a bit further. If you try to fill the neck, the rollerball won’t be able to sit flush on the bottle when you push it in, no matter how much you push it down - and a flush, firm seal is really important to prevent leakage. I have made several of these and use them a lot for many different uses. If you buy these, you shouldn’t be disappointed!

I use these bottles all the time for my Young Living Essential Oils roller bottle recipes. These bottles are good quality. They hold up in the long run for use over and over again. Being the color blue, they protect the oils from sunlight so the oils don't lose their efficiency as quickly. The metal roller balls are fabulous. They roll smoothly without getting "stuck" and they seal securely with the bottle mouth so there is no leakage. And on top of all of this, they are pretty too - so I carry them in my purse all the time. I have ordered these several times and have never been disappointed!

I love everything about these bottles. They are made well and the roller balls do not leak out excessive oil. I use them for different herbal oil products I make and I am extremely satisfied. I will purchase again.

I'm new to essential oils, and my friend had sent me 6 of the Vivaplex. When I needed to order more, I went with the 24 box. I have had no issues with them; they roll well, and they are so pretty. They were packaged just fine, and arrived perfectly. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star, is that sometimes I notice a little leakage... but I've experienced that from other roller brands too. Not a huge leak, just a little. Because of that, I store them upright to prevent issues. They have a nice solid weight and I love the cobalt blue color. I will most likely keep ordering these again in future.

Unlike other roller bottles that I have purchased, the roller ball top fits snugly into the bottle and it doesn't appear to leak from around the edges, and the cap screws on tightly and doesn't appear to leak either, even without the roller ball top in place. The blue glass is beautiful, and blocks the light sufficiently, that I feel that my essential oils will be well protected from damage by light. The glass does not shatter easily when dropped while empty, onto hard ceramic tile from about 3 feet up, it bounced multiple times before coming to a stop, and it didn't chip anywhere either. I accidentally dropped an empty bottle, but I imagine that it's a good indication that these bottles would be shatter resistant when filled, as well. I will definitely be purchasing more!

I've ordered these bottles multiple times. When you find something that works, you stick with it. I love the blue color, but the best feature is THEY DON'T LEAK. I've ordered other brands and although they may have other accessories with them or may be cheaper, they have been a disaster. Stainless Steel roller balls are a requirement if you are using them with essential oils. Plastic balls will break down in time and leave you disappointed.
