Excellent but no info label
The product is excellent. Dissolves well and can be even used as a nutritional thickener in liquids. I miss the nutritional value label on the bag.

I use this flour to add some more protein to EVERYRHING. It doesn’t taste at all. It’s just more protein. Love it for pizza and cookies!

Mine came with spiders and webs in it
This is by far the most disgusting food item I’ve ever opened. It had cob webs and spiders and spider egg sacs in it. It just about made me sick when I saw what was inside. On top of it, there are no refunds or returns for this. I would really like to return it and I’m pretty sure the spiders would be much happier back in India rather than in Portland. Avoid this like your life depends on it.

SAVED ME FROM DRIVING 30 MILES BECAUSE I CAN'T BUY THIS WHERE I LIVE
No market here in Auburn, CA, sells soy flour. I would have had to drive 30 miles round trip to buy it in Roseville. I use it for homemade, vegan, full-nutrition dog kibble. I donate this kibble to the pet food bank at the Foothill Unity Center in Monrovia, CA. This kibble saves animals' lives, prevents the heartbreak of placing pets in animal shelters, and decreases deforestation of the Amazon rainforest by decreasing exports of beef from there.

Beware the GREEN
Perhaps I read something wrong or did not read closely enough, but buyers need to know that this is RAW soy flour. It is NEITHER blanched nor toasted, and thus tastes 'green.' So it is best used in 'green drink' blends or with lots of cocoa or another strong flavoring agent (e.g., peanut powder, lemon). Not really what I was wanting. If raw and green IS what you want, the product is clean and well-packaged.

Purchased for Cornell bread
I have nothing to compare this brand to as I have never tried soy flour before. It worked really well in a recipe for Cornell bread. My son said the bread looked like “cartoon bread,” the perfect mushroom shaped top with nice browning, flavor and texture. It reminded me of Pat’s Pan bread from Ireland.
