Excellent but no info label
The product is excellent. Dissolves well and can be even used as a nutritional thickener in liquids. I miss the nutritional value label on the bag.

SAVED ME FROM DRIVING 30 MILES BECAUSE I CAN'T BUY THIS WHERE I LIVE
No market here in Auburn, CA, sells soy flour. I would have had to drive 30 miles round trip to buy it in Roseville. I use it for homemade, vegan, full-nutrition dog kibble. I donate this kibble to the pet food bank at the Foothill Unity Center in Monrovia, CA. This kibble saves animals' lives, prevents the heartbreak of placing pets in animal shelters, and decreases deforestation of the Amazon rainforest by decreasing exports of beef from there.

This is not soybean flour
If you have ever eaten any soyabean you will know that this flour has nothing to do with it. This flour is probably corn. I used to buy soybean flour from Bob's red mill but I can't find the brand anywhere again. If you can find that and try it, you'll understand what I'm talking about. No wonder this one dissolved so quickly in cold water. Soybean flour will not dissolve easily in cold water. I now understand why they have no nutrient content label. Cause it will be a lie. That's the first thing I checked for. This product is criminal. I know the positive reviews are many, but it's just because they don't know better. So take my advice and don't buy a pound of corn flour in the name of soybean. So terrible to treat vulnerable consumers this way. Horrible Horrible!

I use this flour to add some more protein to EVERYRHING. It doesn’t taste at all. It’s just more protein. Love it for pizza and cookies!

Beware the GREEN
Perhaps I read something wrong or did not read closely enough, but buyers need to know that this is RAW soy flour. It is NEITHER blanched nor toasted, and thus tastes 'green.' So it is best used in 'green drink' blends or with lots of cocoa or another strong flavoring agent (e.g., peanut powder, lemon). Not really what I was wanting. If raw and green IS what you want, the product is clean and well-packaged.

I really like Korean "bean curd stew", but there is no restaurant in the US that sells it (the state I live). Now this product is so perfect that I made my favoeite food finally.! thank you "EOI Naturals organic soybean powder"
