Great Tasting BCAAs and Hydration with no Caffiene
Product has a short ingredient list, no sugar, tastes good and doensn't have caffiene, and it's not sweetened with an "artificial" sweetner. Was looking for both a BCAA supplement and a hydration product in one that was relatively "clean" and this fit the bill. I had a lot of muscle cramping during workouts (I compete in Triathlon), and adding it to my water during workouts greatly decrease muscle cramping and soreness. Highly recommend.

I love these! I used them for post-workout recovery and they always tasted so good while also helping my muscles to recover! Great alternative to things like Propel and BodyArmor.

Great product BUT...
This was a good product however it does not taste good unless it is cold. Which after the gym one does not always have access to cold water to drink this with.

I really not sore at all thanks to the Aminos after 1.5 hours of weight lifting.
I workout at least 6 days a week for an hour ,and more often then not 2 hours, i'm almost never sore the Amino's really do their job. I lift hard like I'm tryin to get the women, but I'm 59 so we all now at that age you get them with money, but I still want to look good

Post workout
I definitely like how I feel refreshed after drinking this; got rid of my thirst after hitting the gym. I will say this there is a trick to make the drink taste better. I put 2 scoops in my blender bottle and had just a little room temperature water and mix it real well. Then I fill the rest of the bottle with ice cold water and it makes it better to drink. If you don’t mix it well it can have a weird taste. I think the flavor could be a little more like fruit punch but I have no problem drinking it!

Update on both flavors
The tropical punch flavor is good! I will be purchasing this again. It tastes like a berry lemonade and definitely helped me recover while working and also after . Update: I tried the blood orange and it was not pleasant. I returned it immediately . It made me nauseous and had a weird after taste. I will just stick with the tropical island punch flavor .
