Nicely packed. Hygienic.
Around 80% of the sound is reduced. Good enough for a sound sleep.

they are not noise - cancelling at all. I find them over priced.

I can't hear you!
Finally, I found an ear plug that does what it claims! My husband wears these because I am the loudest snorer in the room! With these plugs he sleeps soundly and is not cranky in the morning!

If you make sure you insert them well (which is nice and easy), they work pretty well. I haven't slept this well in a long time.
