Really very nicely written by the Author & truly it's Amazing Ayodhya. I have read so many books but no body has explained in such way the author has explained with such a vast knowledge how ayodhya was in ancient times & many more facts , till now I haven't found such great research & filled with facts. We all should know the real history of Golden Period. Those who love to read should read this book. This a Nectar for all book Lovers, A Treasure of Vast Spiritual Knowledge , every Hindu should read this & feel proud of their Gauravshali Ithas. I'm so happy to read this book. It is an extremely well researched authentic account of ancient Ayodhya.Beautiful narration transports you to the life and times of that period.I was particularly intrigued by the kind of weapons deployed and structures built for defense of Ayodhya.Details of palaces,flora and fauna of that times,apart from other details, make the book a very interesting read.Now that author Neena has aroused our interest in showing how amazing ancient ayodhya was I hope she'll follow up with more books to quench our thirst for such rarely available knowledge.

The range and depth of Neena Rai’s erudition are astounding. She has meticulously revived the ancient history of Ayodhya and presented it to the lay reader in a very readable form. She has gone into the minute details of Hindu tradition and culture of which many of us are unaware. She has used English and Sanskrit with masterly competence, bringing the past back to life with consummate skill. Neena’s book is a must read for all categories of people.

Nice to come across a book as unique as this. The book is researched well and am not sure anything has been written about the ancient land in detail atleast in the English language.At a time when there is a raging pandemic outside, it was nice to get engrossed in the ancient city of Ayodhya.

These days when Ram, Ramayan and Ayodhya are so much in debate and discussion, ones interest or rather lack of it, draws one towards Amazing Ayodhya , for quenching the thirst of knowledge about the glorious past. Ms Neena Rai has taken the trouble of actually researching and establishing the facts, as scientifically as possible .The history and the architecture, which was hitherto hidden in layers of mystery. Very few made an effort to help understand it. We look forward to more such insights from neena in future.

Should have given coloured pics , rather than filling it with black and white pics.

A good and lucid read covering the geographical, architectural, and ecological aspects of Ayodhya. The book accounts for interesting specifics and details of the city of Ayodhya. The simplicity in writing to cover details and anecdotes are fodder for imagining the city of Ayodhya and it would be a charm for all age groups. Author’s effort to draw parallels with the present times is evidently visible and helps reader to visualize. Would surely recommend this book as a starters to study the life and times of lord Ram.

I love the approach the book has taken, where it leads with curiosity, ie questions and provides a elaborate reasoning to arrive at the answer. It is written in a very easy to understand manner as the author mentions at the beginning, so young children and adults can enjoy this book. Neena ji knowledge in this book and her talks is extremely eye opening. I have truly enjoyed and learnt so much from her work.

I started reading this book and wow I just can’t able to put this book down. I think this is one of a kind book which focuses on Ayodhya nagri I don’t know there is any other book on this subject. I just love it!!!!!
