Screws included. Easy task.
Perfect fit & screws are included. I was able to quickly replace an old cracked cover without any issues. Now I don't have to pass by the damaged cover every time I walk down the hall.

What could go wrong?
It's a plastic faceplate. The only thing that could possibly go wrong is it wouldn't fit for some reason. This fits perfectly.

Expensive Piece of Cracked Plastic
This switch plate arrived cracked in two places. Hard to believe that I paid $10 for a piece of plastic. I was able to get a refund from Amazon. Don’t believe that ENERLITES switch plates don’t crack. They come cracked.
