CAKESAFE Reusable Mini Cake Transporter, Clear Plastic Cake Carrier (14" W x 16" H)

I was so thrilled to find the Cakesafe on Amazon. I was in a pickle and needed this to deliver a wedding cake and it stored the cake perfectly. The cake was safe in the trunk of my truck and did not move. There were intricate designs that could have easily broken. This cake safe is worth the price if you use it to deliver even one cake safely. When the delivery was over I took it apart and and carried it out in a bag. Super easy to store and clean. Great quality acrylic and plastic. I will keep this forever and will purchase a smaller one for smaller cakes.

This cake transportation unit is absolutely amazing! I carried a wedding cake for 4 hours on the bumpiest road ever, in humid Jamaica and it survived the entire trip without so much as a sweat or a fall or anything. I am still so amazed because cake transportation was such a hassle before now. It's pretty pricey but it's definitely worth it as I can now transport my cakes with peace of mind.

Update after using: LOVE!!! Watch my video! First impression: The design appears to be sturdy and very well-made. The price is a bit ridiculous (I assume they could still make very good profit, margins and charge only half the price), but realistically, it’s the only option on the market for what it offers. And anyone who spends 12 hours making a cake does not want it sliding around in their car. So out of necessity, it’s really worth it. I was blown away by how exceptionally everything was wrapped. It was easy to fit things together due to very clear instructions that were included. And everything was packaged quite well. Usually companies cut a lot of corners on this sort of thing, and it’s always rare and exciting when this is not the case. I put the entire box together and it fits perfectly. I also like how it is able to collapse down when not in use to save space. I have not tried it with an actual cake yet, but if there are any terrible problems, I will be sure to update. In the absence of anything, and I’m assuming it will work well, I will not likely put anything else. Overall, if you are a baker, I would recommend this product. I have lost too many cakes, sliding around in my car, and to have something like this available, even with such an expensive price, is still some kind of miracle. For months, I agonized over which size to buy. I ended up choosing the small one, because I figured I could always buy a larger one, if I really was using it. But any event it was something I used only once in a while, I would not spend more money than needed. Someday, when I have more money, I will probably buy a larger size also. I understand that a large size will fit a small cake, but let’s be honest, you would look a bit ridiculous, walking into a party with a small cake and a box the size of a child’s play house. For me, the selected size was perfect. It also fits nicely under a kitchen cabinet, so that was also a bit useful and an unexpected bonus. *I did not get this product for free. I also don’t have a lot of money at the time of this review, so I feel like I probably represent the average person who is reading this. Over a year later I am still very pleased with this purchase. I’ve had no problems with it. While I wish the sides were a little stronger, I’ve just taken care when using it and there has been no issues. I still continue to think it is overpriced, however considering there’s nothing else on the market like it, I would pay this price again for it. In the future I will probably get another one that is even bigger to allow me to transport larger cakes. This has been a game changer for me.

East to put together, lightweight, provides safe transport for multi-tiered cakes. It was a great investment in our small cottage bakery. When using, make sure you press the middle 'core' pole thru your cake drum for the safest transport.

By far the best investment I’ve ever made. The anxiety of transporting large cakes is completely gone. The cake safe allows for safe travel of fully assembled cakes.

The quality of this cake carrier is definitely not worth the price. Multiple parts of this carrier were really flimsy.

Im a newbie in the cake world and after my first delivery of a tier cake and the insane stress of transporting it, i knew i needed to take the leap and invest in the famous cake safe! Two deliveries down with it and i can not express how easy and stress free it was!!!! Absolutely the best and worth every penny!!!

I’ve been coveting the cake safe for over a year now and I’m so glad I finally purchased, as all prior cake deliveries have been super stressful. This 2 hour delivery was a breeze…..even after a hard braking near collision on the motorway and some very bumpy back roads. The instructions were clear and combined with watching videos it was quite straightforward to put together and use. Putting the rod through the cake worked just like the videos! Was great to be able to chill the whole cake complete and not have to assemble on site. Set up literally took a few minutes. Yes the cost is £££ but worth it for the confidence of an in tact delivery 😊❤️🎂❤️ it’s 5 stars and 2 thumbs up from me

Absolutely love my cakesafe! I should have bought one sooner. My cake deliveries feel very smooth and stress free. Just knowing that it's not sliding around or moving in the car just gives you that peace of mind. Pro - cakesafe isn't heavy so it's doesn't contribute to the already heavy tiered cake - The cake remains cool inside - Metal dowl prevents the cake from moving while in transit - looks super professional and impressive when delivering cakes at venues Cons - haven't experienced any problems

Wow is all I can say after delivering every wedding cake sat in the back twisted uncomfortably clutching the cardboard box for dear life, after entrusting the cake safe I sat up front still anxious but I needn't have been the three tier semi naked was perfection still chilled and the dowel removal was not as scary as I anticipated. Officially converted. I feel confident enough to deliver alone! I thought I'd have to quit weddings but not anymore. Order it. Invest in yourself and your business. 100% worth every penny.
