Are all the colors the same by each seller? When i purchased from another seller/company, colors were little different. I want to keep them the same.

1, this product is produced and sold by our company, and there is no other company, so I can't be sure if the product you are talking about from other companies is the same product.
2, How to control the color is a very complicated issue. Even if it is indeed ours, there is no way for us to guarantee that the color is exactly the same every time, because the paper produced by the paper mill at different times has subtle differences in color. This will make this product even if it looks the same, but there are still some differences when you distinguish it carefully.
3, If you need the same color, I have the following two suggestions.
3.1 Buy the product B097RZDZ63 (search for this number), they have the same 60 colors but with 100 strips of each color, this will reduce duplicate purchases.
3.2 Buy the product B07GBF3RL5 (search for this number). This product is made with TANT, a brand of paper made in Japan. This Japanese paper has very good color control, and the difference between the colors of the paper produced at different times is very small and almost undetectable. However, this paper is more expensive, so the price of paper strips produced with it is also more expensive.

Is this supposed to be metallic paper? I don't see that description in the info. I thought I was ordering plain but received metallic

I have the following suggestions:
1. if you like this metallic strip, you can keep it. 
2. If you still want the multi-color strip, you can get a refund or a replacement.
