Purchased size large. Fits perfectly. 5’4” 160# dedicated yogi. I did not purchase these for yoga. Instead purchased to wear under a nightshirt. Light pink is a baby pink color. Very nice. But being light it also shows the lines and contours vividly. Will purchase darker colors to compare. Would not wear these in public unless your body is athletically fit and no extra body fat. Not Lululemon quality but seams are finished, fit is great and fabric is soft, flexible and comfortable. The high rise waist fits snug to the body. Band does not fold over. Update: Purchased the French blue pair to war around the house. Can’t beat the $17.95 price. These are quality made and do soft. Very satisfied with both pair. The blue do not show skin ripples like the pink. They are a bit darker so makes them more attractive on.

These are excellent quality, and squat proof. I've been wearing them to Jazzercize for 3 months and they are holding up very well. I have lost weight since I bought them and medium would now fit me better now, but the large fit me great when I bought them in April. I am 5'6" and 145 now, with 38" hips and 26" waist.I am still wearing the large and they fit me fine. A medium would bring me more compression however for my current weight.

They’re very comfortable. I ordered an xl because the large is too tight. Well the xl was a bit too big. In this case I should have ordered the large. I am keeping this one and the black one, same style different color, because they’re super comfy and don’t look too big on me. However, next time I will order the large. I am a size 16 woman. Bottom line, I love them! I will definitely be ordering them again!

They ran a tad big. I fluctuate between l and xl on pants. I went xl on these and should have got a large. They're very high waisted. I haven't worked out in them yet but I think they may even slide down some.

I ordered an xl in these according to site recommendations and they are a bit too large. Should have stuck with my normal size L.

Edited: I'm 5'8" NOT 7'8"!!! HAHA!! SoI was very surprised when I got these leggings....they were extremely soft and comfortable, madeof a GREAT material. They are kind of "shiny" for lack of a better word and added something different to my wardrobe.Very cute combined with my Hey Dude camo shoes (also, HIGHLY recommend 😉)

I normally size up for workout leggings because they always run small. I sized up and they are actually too big so I will get my normal size.

It’s hard to figure out colors when online shopping but this bright bubblegum pink color was exactly what I was looking for! Fits great, looks great!
