Have the fixed the spring breaking out problem?

I was unaware of the problem. This knife has impressed me so far as the toughest folder I have ever used. I use it like a fixed blade. Awesome!

Is it Hollow or Flat grind? The description says hollow ground but the picture looks to be a full flat grind.
