does the Marker Plus fit into the pen holder on the c-black case?

Yes it does, however the little lip that keeps the pen holder in place tends to slip out, not sure if it's a defect on mine or that's how it's supposed to be.

Is this protective enough to stack things on top of the remarkable without damaging it

While stacking heavy stuff on your remarkable is not recommended, I would say the case is strong enough to protect your remarkable in what I would describe as normal day to day stacking situations as in under or part of a stack of books for example. It also provides options to tent your remarkable for reading

Does the magnet interfere with the writing?

The magnet does NOT interfere - in fact, it works VERY well to keep the cover closed. I recommend buying the cover that has the "pen" holder, otherwise, you'll be buying another pen in a few weeks!

does the tablet come with it the case

This product is just the case. It fits the Remarkable2 tablet very nicely. When you purchase the Remarkable2 tablet from the Remarkable store, unless you purchase the $100 case as an add-on, the tablet does not come with a case. So, NO the tablet does not come with a case.
