Is this gel eyeliner suitable to tightline the eye?

I returned it. Firstly it does smudge, also doesn’t last all day and my brush and the gel went rock hard. X

No idea if it’s vegan but I know it’s rubbish..: goes in really nice but flakes off super quick…

Does anyone else find the loquid liner thick gloopy tarry and impossible to achieve a fine line? Or is mine off?!

Looks like you might have one that is old. The ones I usually get are all really good at achieving a thin line. Hope that helps
