I finally have a label printer! I ship a lot of packages so this is a game changer for me, super easy to use!I like how it function just like a regular printer, you connect the printer directly to your laptop and power source, so I never need to charge it.You do need to download a driver to install the printer. They also provided a USB in the package with the driver file on it. The whole process from installing the driver to print out the first label took me less than 5 minutes. (And there is a step-by-step guide in the package if you need more information).Another plus is it print pretty fast and with high resolution. Make shipping multiple packages super easy!

The media could not be loaded. I love this label printer. It prints super fast and it's small and lightweight. You have to add the Labelife Extension and have it open when you want to print something. Also make sure you choose 4x6 paper from whatever site you sell on like eBay, Facebook, Mercari etc... or else it won't print right. Also if you change your Wifi on Chromebook it will no longer recognize your printer so you have to uninstall the Labelife Extension, restart your computer and then reinstall the Labelife Extension and it will recognize it again. I hope this helps others who may get frustrated with these same problems. :)

I ordered this printer not to long ago but it’s difficult to work on APPLE software and the printer doesn’t print in color as shown in the picture.

The customer support team is AWESOME! I bought a label printer that didn’t print fully from the start and I didn’t deal with it in the moment because I found an alternative. Long story short two years later after warranty expired customer support replaced the printer with a Bluetooth model I was going to buy myself. The new one works GREAT, Thank you!

It was easy to install and easy to use BUT the print quality sucks! My mailing labels come out really faded and missing parts of the name, address and mailing barcode.

Almost exactly a year later of near daily use I ran into some technical issues and on their website a representative walked me through how to clean it, restart it, everything. They were so kind and helpful and I was able to get my issue resolved. This little machine is a blessing for our businesses, long gone are the days when we could afford the time to cut out and glue/tape shipping labels on our items, you just need a thermal printer.

Fast printing for all my labels. I love it! Shortly after I bought mine they came out with blue tooth connection. That was the only thing is was missing. The new models have it.
