We love it!
We bought this as an extra fridge for our RV. It's awesome! Super quiet, keeps everything very cool as a fridge and keeps frozen food as a freezer. Plenty of room for food or drinks. Has removable basket, so it's easy to load.

Awesome Fridge
Took on a cross country trip/vacation. Worked great, was able to plug into outlets over night, kept everything cool with no ice stops. With the radio on you won't know its running because its quiet, the app works for Androids. Good purchase.

Excellent product - great value for price
UPDATE - after a few trips using this one, I'm super impressed with its performanceI researched for hours comparing price to feature/capacity/power and this one was my winner. I even went so far as to create a spreadsheet comparing 25 different products, and although there were some with slightly better rating in my scales, they were 2 to 3 times more expensive. I don't have an unlimited budget, and I won't use 365 days a year, my use will be maybe 40 days a year. Therefore I chose this one as the best compromise, nearly as highly rated as the more expensive, but this one was by far the best for nearly the least $$ of the ones I compared. Therefore, I'd highly recommend. Some things I like:*low power consumption, 45W which is the lowest of ANY of the units*2 separate compartments, for my use it allows setting the larger (freezer) compartment at refrigerator temp for beverage and spoil able food storage and using the small compartment for things like fruit and items that shouldn't be stored at the >85* we experience in summers.*the ability to use on either 12V or 24V battery, by using on 24V with 2 AGM batteries in series, the power cord remains very cool, and in my tests will run greater than a day or more allowing to be recharged overnight when I stop at a lodge for the night.*the included AC power unit that can power the unit at night when I stop at a lodge, allowing me to recharge my batteries for the next day.*the ease of using the control panel and what it displays the power voltage, so I don't have to have a separate indicator for state of charge of my battery system.*the configurable battery low voltage cuttoff that disconnects it from the batteries before damage from severe discharge occurs. Even if it disconnects, it will remain quite cool for a long time because it's so well insulated, so all in all these are good things. In comparing this to other food/beverage storage methods, I previously used a 'Yeti' cooler, and although it worked remarkably well, it required ICE, or Ice Packs, for keeping food cool. That is a recurring expense, as well as a nuisance both in procurement and digging through for retrieving items, and then there's the pool of water from melting ice to get food soggy if not well packaged. Also, this unit is about 2/3 the cost of a comparable capacity 'Yeti' style (has to be bigger capacity to account for ice) and if you can get by with running off of your vehicle power (many SUVs have a 12V power outlet in back) then it's a no brainier but if you can get by recharging periodically using a single 12V battery still brings the cost comparable to a 'Yeti' style while adding considerable convenience factors. Many folks say why not just get one of the cheap thermo-electric coolers? Well, they use considerably more power for the same capacity, so battery operation life is severely limited, plus they only cool to about 40*F below ambient, so on a 85* day, about 45* is their lower limit. Freezing is out of the question, where these can get to -4*F on an even hotter day.All in all, I highly recommend this particular unit, and any compressor based cooler in general if your use style warrants. They are not for everyone, but for many they are a great choice.

Great unit, great value, and it is quiet
So far I am very satisfied with this refrigerator/freezer. I am putting it through some basic tests, 12 hour in a hot vehicle it consumed about 50% of my jackery 240 running in commode at 29 degrees. That test is to ensure the unit is able to run through the night with no other input. Passed2nd test is how long it takes to charge with a 100 watt solar panel. It took approx 6hrs on ecomode at 29degrees. PassedMy suggestion is to have an extra power station if your going remote woods camping and ensure you leave the unit in shade or invest in the insulation wrap. I do alot of remote wilderness camping so I am naturally skeptical of the unit. So far it is passing my pretrial trials with flying colors. The app is difficult to use. Make sure you have nearby device connections allowed turned on. And the temperature slider on the app works sometimes and sometimes it doesn't show at all. App is a bit glitch but it works after trial and error. My testing has been with the unit mostly empty. I would suggest setting the unit to its coldest setting -4 and load up your pre chilled/frozen food items. I have found a simple blue ice pack assists the unit from having to constantly cool down all your food items. This prolongs the power station battery life. The unit runs quietly, efficiently, and having a light built in is a plus. Be careful with the lid slamming down and your latch handle. Alot of people report that as an issue but only if you let it slam down. Thus cooler so far is a good value, good size, and can fulfill many useful refrigeration roles, loss of power at home rv camping, tent camping, etc.. it is fairly heavy when loaded so a smaller unit would be ideal for shorter trips but for a week long stripper like myself, I recommend the 59qt version. I would recommend this item and only gave a super detailed review because most people just say they like it or it's junk. This is not junk and it is a good solid unit on a budget. Highly recommend

Much more than a Portable Refrigerator - Came through in a crisis
Much more than a Portable RefrigeratorI originally purchased the **EUHOMY 12 Volt Refrigerator, 48QT** for one purpose—a Fourth of July beach trip. My plan was to use it for that weekend and then occasionally for grocery runs or future road trips. Then life threw us a curveball. While we were away for the holiday, our refrigerator at home failed. When we got back, we suddenly had no working refrigerator while waiting for replacement parts and repairs. What was supposed to be a portable cooler suddenly became our family's primary refrigerator. For nearly three weeks now, this EUHOMY refrigerator has been running **24 hours a day, 7 days a week**, keeping our milk, dairy products, lunch meats, drinks, and other refrigerated items perfectly cold. It has maintained its temperature without issue and has never skipped a beat.I never expected a portable 12-volt refrigerator to be capable of handling full-time household duty, but this one has exceeded every expectation I had. It has turned what could have been a very stressful situation into little more than an inconvenience. The build quality is excellent, the controls are simple to use, it cools quickly, and most importantly, it has proven to be incredibly reliable. In my opinion, the true measure of a product isn't how it performs when everything goes according to plan—it's how it performs when you unexpectedly have to depend on it. This refrigerator passed that test with flying colors. If you're on the fence about purchasing the EUHOMY 48QT, I can honestly say it has earned my complete confidence. What started as a purchase for a weekend beach trip ended up saving us while our kitchen refrigerator was out of commission.I couldn't be happier with this purchase and would recommend it without hesitation.

It's a champ
I decided to get this largely because devoting so much space to ice and then dealing with the melted result later, including scooping up the floating bottle labels, water logged cardboard, dumping the water, etc, is just so annoying. The deal was sealed when I started making homemade ice cream (which is a hoot) and wanting to transport it 120 miles away. Before I even had a chance to take it on the road, about a week later my refrigerator freezer decided that it wanted to move on after 8 years together.I fired this life-saver up, it hit 0 degrees remarkably fast (sorry I didn't time it), and frantically packed my softening labors of love into it, along with whatever else would fit. I relegated the lasagna, 3 cheese ziti, garlic toast, and various other nutrition-packed tv dinners to my traditional coolers.Diagnosing and then replacing the refrigerator took 5 days. The entire time this item whirred quietly away. I really, really didn't know if this thing was designed for this kind of duty or if were up to such a use, but it came through like a champ. I'm not making any claims for EUHOMY but my personal experience with this unit is that it's durable and does an extended job with a high degree of functionality. Somewhere in the middle I did load it into the car and took some ice cream across town to a friend. It did great in the back of the car. After a short 8 hours the new refrigerator freezer finally hit 0 degrees and I transferred the contents of the EUHOMY to it. The soggy remains of the ziti et. al. went into the trash. Remaining in this portable refrigerator was... nothing. No floating labels. No water to dump. It's ready for its next assignment. One item to note which many may find to be a great feature. I saw this in one reviewer's video and didn't believe him. There's a short shelf on top of the compressor that stays at a higher temperature than the main body (this isn't a flaw, it's apparently by design). As I said, I had this set for 0 degrees. I had a thermometer inside and moved it back and forth between the main body and shelf several times. The shelf stayed at 33.5 degrees. The temperature reading on the front of the unit consistently read a couple of degrees cooler than the thermometer, and according to it the temperature had a 4 degree swing. I'd rather see 2, but 4 is acceptable to me.I'd really like it if this thing had wheels, but other than that, I think this is quite an amazing device and I'm really glad I got it. I hope to have years of success stories with it; time will tell.

It just works
I have used this fridge exclusively for almost two months while traveling on the road. It works very well. Cools quickly, is relatively quiet, and allows me to have cold drinks, butter, salads. It holds plenty, and just works. I run it off a secondary battery when boon-docking, and have had it disconnected from AC power for over 24 hours and it never drained the battery. I don't think it draws too much current? I'm going to use it as a fridge in a cabin, so I'm trying to find a link to purchase a second power supply since I modified the first one and it's part of my van's electrical system now.One more comment: they tell you that you can freeze some stuff but this is the reality - the larger section is the main temperature controlled area, the much smaller adjacent area doesn't appear to be actively chilled. So, you put stuff in the smaller area that you don't need as cold, like bread, or water, fruits, medicine. It stays cool, just not cold. If you set the main area up to freeze, I have no doubt it will, and the adjacent area will work well for unfrozen stuff. But, I personally prefer to use the larger area as a fridge, so I really don't have a "freezer" with this unit.

Great control panel, good recommendations, did not cool by a single degree. Sent back.
I am giving this a three star review because stuff goes wrong, and it was essentially DOA. However, I don't know if this is obviously the fault of the company, so giving a benefit of the doubt.I received this, left it in the box, placed it on a surface for several days to ensure the refrigerant was settled. Then, I took it out of the box, let it sit for a period of time, then turned it on. I was scratching my head why, when connected to my Jackery, that it took 0-1 watts as per Jackery's wattage display. I left the fridge on on, and came back after an hour, and the Jackery was still at 100%. I checked the fan, it is on, but blowing cold air, the same temperature as the air around it.I went through basic troubleshooting, checked the app to make sure it was cooling, and it was set on -4ºF, the lowest setting without going into the E1 setting and programming it.One odd point, I looked at the LED, and it seemed one of the LEDs was out in the lamp. Minor, but notable.I reset the fridge, just in case something was glitched in the settings, nothing changed. The fan spun quietly, but it made no liquid gurgling noise in all the time I used it, and there was no compressor noise.About 12 hours later, the temperature did not budge and definitely was not any colder than when I placed it on the table as per a thermometer. It had guaranteed power from a battery bank.I let it sit for a few hours, tried again, same result -- no cooling whatsoever, and no audible sloshing of refrigerant, ever, which is a telltale sign that the compressor is not working.I tried it on both 120 volt AC, via the adapter, and 12 volts DC, via a regulated adapter on the Jackery power bank. In any case, the display on the refrigerator showed the proper voltage, so it was not lack of power.Since a dead compressor or lack of refrigerant isn't something easily fixed by customer support, I decided not to engage them, because this isn't something easily fixable, so I sent it back. Had I just tossed my food into it, I would have been out a good chunk of change. I also needed the fridge for use these weekends, and reading other reviews of people not pleased with customer support, and the fact that I need a working fridge like... yesterday, I decided to skip all that, return this, and go for a different make/model.Will I give this a 1-star review? Not really, because stuff happens and that is why there is a return policy. However, I do want to note that one should get the fridge out of its packaging, let the fridge sit for a day, plug it in, set the temperature via its control panel or the app, let it get to temperature, and listen for the compressor doing its job. If just the fan runs, and the air coming out of the fan is just as cold as going inAs for the app, having it require an account be created and want location settings, is concerning, privacy-wise. Why do I need to authenticate with a mother ship so I can adjust a fridge's temperature? The fact that any jokester could pair to the fridge and lock the control panel is a concern too, especially in a crowded area like a festival where you have a lot of people running around with Bluetooth scanners and looking for things to mess with.I had high hopes for the refrigerator, because even running at 45 watts constantly, my battery bank can handle that, and other people praised the fridge as being quite effective at keeping stuff cool. If it did work, I'd probably go for the insulating bag that is an option to further help with keeping stuff at a good temperature. However, when it goes for hours and hours without lowering the internal temperature by a single degree, no refrigerant noises happen, and the air leaving the evaporator unit is the same temperature as it coming in, that was a great disappointment.Again, not leaving a one star review, as mistakes do happen, but disappointed.

Funciona, 100% recomendado
